ellixxir, the eCustoms Community Initiative.

Vivansa has launched a new initiative, called ellixxir, as part of its R&D programme. The ellixxir initiative aims at fostering the cooperation between all actors of the electronic Customs business (i.e. national Customs & Tax authorities, Economic Operators, European Commission, Customs experts, IT Suppliers) with the end goal to constitue a knowledge base supporting local IT initiatives in relation with the adoption of the Multi-Annual Strategic Plan (MASP) for Customs and the Modernized Customs Code (MCC) Implementing Provisions.
