At the invitation of the Russian Federal Customs Service, the World Customs Organisation (WCO) Secretary General visited Moscow from 20-22 January 2009 where he held talks with Andrei Belyaninov, the Head of the Federal Customs Service, on 21st January to explore areas for common action, including enhanced communication and cooperation.
