Danish Customs choose LXR.CCN
LXR.CCN will act as a EU Gateway for all Trans-European Systems making use of CCN/CSI.
The Danish Customs administration (SKAT) has made the decision to use the LXR.CCN Advanced, Enterprise Edition 2.0 to offer reliable EU Gateway services to all national Trans-European Systems (TES) making use of CCN/CSI.
LXR.CCN shields the technical complexity of the CSI API from calling applications through the use of a standard Web Service interface and increases the overall resilience of the architecture by implementing clustering and failover mechanisms as part of a wider Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
The first application that will benefit from LXR.CCN services should be eVAT, which aims at facilitating the electronic delivery of services to enable VAT Payments, Returns and Registration.
