LXR.XEOS Core successfully deployed at LU Customs

A key step towards the harmonisation of Trans-European Master Data management at ADA.

The LXR.XEOS Core module, implementing EORI services, has been successfully deployed at the Administration des Douanes et Accises (ADA). 

Through the deployment of LXR.XEOS Core module, ADA has made a significant step towards the harmonization of Master Data management.

LXR.XEOS is scalable SOA solution in line with MASP requirements offering eXtensible Economic Operators business Services (encompassing SEED, EORI, AEO, SASP, REX) and which makes those services available under a standard unified interface. In particular, LXR.XEOS allows addressing the "siloed systems" problematic emerging from successive deployments of trans-European systems (TES), in consequence of which national Customs & Taxation Authorities have to face the complexity of managing multiple, sometimes redundant, master data sources increasing the risk of inconsistency between the various business processes and maintenance costs. In the perspective of forthcoming projects such as Single Window (SW) or Single Electronic Access Point (SEAP), it is important to address this issue as early as possible.
