lxr.CCN: release 2.2.0 is available

Includes support of CSI synchronous paradigm used by VIES application

Enhancements in release 2.2.0:

Support of CSI synchronous paradigm.
It is now possible to establish synchronous request/response calls from multiple National Applications through lxr.CCN, in addition to existing asynchronous usage. Typical usage of this paradigm applies to the VIES (VAT Information Exchange System) application, which is currently the most important application (in number of messages) making use of the CCN/CSI infrastructure. Through the support of the CSI synchronous paradigm, lxr.CCN now covers the full spectrum of CSI-based communications (both synchronous and asynchronous), hence providing a straightforward path for national Customs & Taxation authorities seeking for a unified, standard, Web service interface to support the development and operation of Trans-European systems making use of CCN/CSI.
